How much are you going to need?

Our Suggestion: The amount to take depends on the level of support you want to give your bladder. Most new customers order enough to try the product for a week or two, and work out their own regime. You can then see if you feel Waterfall D-Mannose is the right thing for you, as it is for the majority of our customers. One pack can last from four days to a month, depending on how much you take. Usually customers take more initially, and then reduce the amount they are taking gradually. In the tablet form, 4 of the half gram tablets or 2 of the 1 gram tablets is about the same as a level teaspoon of the powder.
